The 20.1 June Service Pack release introduces the new Consultation Form for Encompass Consumer Connect sites. The Consultation Form provides an easy way for site visitors and potential borrowers to contact the lender. Information provided in the Consultation form is pushed directly to Velocify LeadManager or the brand new Velocify LeadManager Essentials (which is a sleek, slimmed down version of Velocify LeadManager). The information is saved as a lead to a preconfigured Client ID and Lead Source ID. The lender can then follow up with the lead using Velocify’s real time telephone follow-up, Velocify’s Priority View for organized and efficient follow-up calls, in addition to Velocify’s completely automated email and text messaging tools.
